As we do not have enough space in our office, we will usually store our documents in document storage facilities provided by external parties.
As and when we require the documents, we will contact the service provide to recall our documents, and to return it back to storage when we are done referring to the documents.
After a number of years, we will usually authorize the service providers to destroy the documents for us.
Hence, we will need a quote for all these services. 40 boxes yearly
